Liebs is a newcomer to the professional guitar world, even though he started playing the instrument at the age of 11.

He has published numerous musical releases in the areas of electronic, chill out, meditative music, as well as for advertising and film. He is a multi-instrumentalist and has been able to devote himself  particularly to his main instrument in recent years.

The sound of his guitar is immersive, expansive, liberating and fulfilling, precise, sometimes fragile and minimalistic, sometimes powerful and energetic. His compositions alternate between complexity and minimalism (his Abraham Luthier instrument, which he represents as a trademark, unfolds with crystal clarity). This opens his music to a wider audience.  

Diverse musical influences have shaped him: Paco de Lucía (Liebs lives in Spain), M. Knopfler, E. Tonne and also Dr. Arimalam P., his singing teacher from India, where he lived and studied.

Liebs worked for over 20 years as a meditation teacher; also in his concerts and recordings, he invites listeners on a spiritual sound journey.

The new EP is called Moonrise (not yet released) and is an ode to the expansion of the quiet, feminine energy in the world.
